A veteran of the mortgage banking industry since 1987, Lorna has specialized in new home construction financing for system built homes-since 2001. During that time she has literally helped hundreds of clients with their dream home financing.
Over the course of her career, Lorna has held various positions and as a result, has a very thorough knowledge and understanding of the mortgage and underwriting processes. In addition to extensive origination and underwriting experience, Lorna has held positions in processing, closing, post-closing, quality control, and operations management.
An Accredited Construction Specialist, Lorna is committed to continuing education and regularly attends industry workshops and other training opportunities.
